About Us
Celebration Obstetrics and Gynecology opened in 1998 with David Marcantel, MD located in a small office in downtown Celebration. Over the past 15 years, Celebration OB/GYN has expanded to two locations, six providers and more than 20,000 patients. Joining Dr. Marcantel in the practice are Robert Lemert, MD, Eric Edwards, MD, Daniela Pachova, MD, Amy Lowell, CNM and Suzette Boyette, NP. Combined, the providers have 75 years of experience. The practice moved to its current location in 2006 and now has more than 5500 square feet with 12 exam rooms as well as a procedure room. In 2012, we opened an office in Davenport FL to accommodate additional patients. Celebration OB/GYN offers ultrasound imaging and a lab to give patients the convenience of having everything they need in one location. In 2006 Dr. Marcantel made the decision to move to a paperless system referred to as an EMR or Electronic Medical Record. This enables the office to provide a higher level of service to the patients by having all their medical records organized and easily accessible. In the patient EMR, the physician is able to look at images from MRI, Ultrasounds, surgical images as well as all their previous patient history. The office has the latest in medical technology for fetal monitoring and ultrasound imaging.
All physicians are board certified and have extensive experience. They are all trained in minimally invasive surgery. The Celebration office is conveniently located in the medical office building adjacent to the labor suites at Celebration Health. Additionally, we are affiliated with Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando for high risk moms and babies.
